EXCEL provides programs to help students:

• Maximize school admission test scores
• Learn efficiently, effectively and learn more, faster
• Earn higher grades

EXCEL'S programs help students "max-out" their scores on test days by focusing on:

• an efficient review of arithmetic, algebra (basic and advanced) and geometry fundamentals
• critical thinking approaches to math problem solving
• acquisition of a college-level vocabulary
• personalized approaches to the critical reading passages
• an efficient review of relevant grammar rules
• a strategic approach for writing the essay

EXCEL'S programs show students how to learn/study efficiently and effectively by:

• providing a solid understanding as to how learning occurs
• helping them develop a Personal Learning Profile (PLP)
• emphasizing the relationship between the two - the learning process and PLP
• assisting them in developing a customized set of skills, strategies and techniques for various learning situations
• showing them how to manage motivation
